Either individually or as project teams, we place freelancers who work in social media strategy, web and interactive design, creative strategy, branding and corporate identity, and project management. The goal of our workspace design practice is to reduce your real estate footprint and costs. Our approach is called the Aligned Workspace Environment (A.W.E.), where we encourage companies to push individual/solo work towards telecommuting solutions, and then repurpose the remaining office space as group/collaborative space. Why commute into an office to work all day in a cubicle alone? Commute to the office to collaborate and innovate, and stay at home when you need to do heads-down work! Our designers and architects will help you devise your own AWE program.
We use online surveys to help companies establish a benchmark to begin a change management program. Our Workplace Effectiveness Survey assesses how well an organization accommodates the four modes of work- solo/focus work, collaborative work, learning activity, socializing activity. We use an Employee Engagement Survey to see how energized your staff is. And we have recently developed a comprehensive Fitness Index, which assesses a firm’s capacity to innovate around the three pillars of Space, Talent, and Brand.
